1. Reception
Our Reception can organize airport transfers to/from the main airports, museums visits, shopping with personal assistants, outdoor activities like Golf plays or boat trips on the Garda Lake, wine tastings in the best wineries of Valpolicella and surroundings, and much more.
We also can book tickets for concerts and Arena’s Operas, recommend and book for you the best Restaurants in town.
2. Wi-Fi
You can easily connect from your devices or relax, listening to your favorite music: Share Verona!
3. Breakfast
For starting the day well, every morning we carefully prepare a rich breakfast buffet for our guests, with daily fresh local products. We choose the best ingredients to make your day unique.
You can also have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options.
Please inform us when you book.
And… Eggs here are cooked on the moment, with a high variety of choice à la carte.

4. Swimming Pool
In our outdoor swimming pool, opened from May to the end of September, the blue of the water meets the green of the nature.
The pool, with saline water, has a Thalasso SPA treatment for giving you some peaceful and relaxing time, surrounded by the sounds of nature.
Next to it there are a solarium with sunbeds and beach umbrellas at your disposal.

5. Eat & Drink
The Bar of the Relais, at the ground floor next to the reception, offers the whole day a selection of snacks, both sweet and savory, a mix of typical Italian products and sandwiches and salads, made with fresh organic products of good quality.
Everything can be served also in the room and in the panoramic terrace overlooking the ancient Verona and during the summer also in the pool.
6. Fitness and Relax
In the magical atmosphere of our fitness area, immersed into the green of the Torricelle, you will find a nature trail, specifically thought for your well-being.
For the lovers of long hikes, the Torricelle in Verona are the perfect place. At our Relais you can find trekking and mountain sticks at your disposal.
7. Pet-Friendly
At the Relais Fra’ Lorenzo your pet friend is always welcome and considered as a special guest, if it is of small size and up to 10 kg.
The accommodation suited for staying with your dog is the Executive Suite, with its exclusive patio next to the pool. Please ask for it at the reservation.
In the room you will find a kit for your dog: a bowl for the water, a single-use sleeper, a welcome Dog Bone and two “poop” bags. Your hairy friend can also stay with you around our relaxing pool and in the designated areas.
In order to receive the free kit, please inform us about your dog at the booking.
For your dog’s accommodation we ask an extra of € 30,00 per day, which will be used for a specific sanitation after your departure.

8. Parking
Don’t worry about looking for a parking spot for your car: at the Relais Fra’ Lorenzo we have a private parking space free of charge for our guests.
If you prefer, we offer a garage for € 10,00 a day.
The security video system and the closed gate at night will let you dream peacefully.
9. Electric car charging point
The Relais Fra’ Lorenzo is one of the few in Italy, which has two EV columns TESLA and PORSCHE.
The charge is free if you book directly with our Booking Office or on our website.
10. Free Shuttle
In order to provide you maximum comfort we offer a Free Shuttle Service twice a day (with return) every day to the ancient city of Verona.
Seats are limited and therefore subject to availability, and times are set (11.00 am – 07:00 pm).
During the fairs we can organize extra free shuttles. For further information please ask at the Reception.
11. Transfer
We can organize all the transfers you need by taxi or by limousine to/from the most important airports and stations of the area.
12. Garden and olive tree grove
The Relais is located on a panoramic terrace, which overlooks the old city center of Verona.
A beautiful garden full of roses and other colorful flowers, where you can sit for a drink or for reading a book, tasting one of our infusions, while hearing the water running in the fountain in the middle of the garden.
Walk around among the trees and the evergreen hedges, feeling the scents of our aromatic herbs and flowers, and the golden colors of the lemon trees. In perfect harmony with the enchanting landscape of the Torricelle.
An incredible aesthetic experience.
Our Country House is immersed in 5.000 m² of authentic veronese nature. Let yourself be seduced by the perfumes of the olive trees and cypresses, as well as by the colors of our lemons and roses. The fragrances coming from the vases will reveal you the presence of precious aromatic herbs: sage, rosemary, mint, thymus and lavender.
The Relais is surrounded by 8 hectares of lush woods, which make the area even more wholesome (or healthy).
13. Bikes
The Relais Fra’ Lorenzo offers free storage for your bike.
From here you can start to explore some of the touristic cycling routes in Verona.
If you can’t take your bike with you, you can use our Mountain bikes for free to explore the city and the hills.
14. Family Room and Baby Service
The Relais Fra’ Lorenzo is the perfect place to stay with your family.
Carefreeness and exploration: keywords of a beautiful family stay.
Baby Cots and bottle warmer are available for you, just ask us at the reservation.
15. Room Service
Our Room Service is available every day starting from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm, in order to have a punctual and discreet service in the comfort of your room: breakfast, drinks or every other dish on our menu.
16. Sweet Dreams
Our sleeping concept in order to offer you the best comfort.
All our Rooms and Suites are furnished with top Simmons® mattresses with double paddings. Two different types of Simons® pillows: a first one firmer and more compact, a second one more soft.
Extra light and fine bed sheets in fine cotton assure you a constant thermic balance in each season.
